Phone

Phone orders can ONLY be placed using a credit card, once you have your credit card ready call this number (these are US numbers, if calling from outside the US, make sure you dial your international access code as well as the US country code).

An operator will ask you for your reference number and for your credit card information, you will need to have your credit card present as you will be asked details about it.

Fax

If you choose PayPal as your payment option, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal's Web site. You can then log in to PayPal as usual or set up a PayPal account to pay for your order.
